Refund policy

At The Aevum, we deal in impression-based perfumes. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair refund and return policy.

🔄 Return & Refund Eligibility

Returns and refunds are only applicable within 7 days of receiving your parcel and only under the following conditions:

  • The perfume bottle is damaged upon arrival.
  • There is leakage in the perfume bottle.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

❗ Important: You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue (damage or leakage) within 7 days of delivery to be eligible.

🚫 Non-Eligible Cases (No Refund or Return)

Refunds or returns will NOT be approved in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Personal preference regarding fragrance.
  • Product has been used, opened, or tampered with.
  • Request made after 7 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Minor packaging wear that does not affect the product.


🔁 Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange one perfume impression with another, this is allowed only if:

  • The product is unused and unopened.
  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Once the perfume bottle is opened or used, no exchange will be approved.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges (if any) may be borne by the customer.
